Hey guys, im purchasing a Tuffy 1760 within the month and my question is about the rod locker? The brochure says it has an 8' locker, but i was wondering if my 8'6" rod would fit in any of the tubes and if not is there a way to modify the tubes to accept it? Just wondering if anyone here runs a 1760 and could help? Would be nice not to have to leave one rod out. Thanks

They will fit in the top tubes.

I've owned two 1760 DW's, they definitely fit!
