I know this is an opinion question. But who is the best Guide on Green Bay. If you are a guide please feel free to vote for yourself. I am looking to book a fall feed bag trip.

Brett Alexander if you are looking local. Book him early or he will fill up.

I've had good luck with Ben Kueng, again, call early or he will book up as well.

Any of the 4 mentioned. They all spend enourmous amounts of time on The Bay of Green Bay, so they are pretty much dialed in to what's working.

Dennis probably fishes more water than the other three, as he spends a good portion of time further north in mid to late summer, before moving down to Green Bay. Well, at least he used to.

I have't ever booked Dale Stroschien but I have talked with him and seems like a really nice guy. He is out of sturgeon bay and can certainly put you on walleyes. I don't believe he is a musky guide though

I think all of those guys fish in the upper bay, and I know that Bret Jolly basically lives up there for a good part of the Summer.

Ive gone with Radloff (twice)and had him take me up to the sturgeon /little sturgeon area both occasions were informative and enjoyable. I also believe he's got more seasons as a musky guide on the bay. Im sure ya can't go wrong with any mentioned i believe they all get into fish.

Is Jolly still guiding? Jolly Charters website won't open for me to contact him. Does Radloff have a site?

Being short notice these guys may be booked for a mid-Oct trip I'd like to make. Anyone have any experience with any Green Bay guide not mentioned? My anniversary gift to my wife is going to be a day on the Bay mid-Oct. Never fished it, and my wife seems pretty excited to do it too.

If there are any guides that post here send me a message if you have Oct 13th avail. 12th, 14th or 15th might work too.

Amen to Radloff having the musky experience. When I pay top dollar for musky guide, I want somebody who's full-time musky. The other guys mentioned know the bay, but are mainly walleye guides who recently converted to musky. With that said, Dale Stroschien is a class act and I recommend calling him if Dennis isn't available. He can also give you a recommendation if he's not available.

That's right, thanks. I've been to the SterlingMusky site before. Don't know why I didn't remember this.

Thanks, again.

Yes, I am still guiding fulltime! Must be a temporary error on my site! Glad you posted that so I can correct it! For now you can email me at [email protected] or call me at 715-581-5678 or 715-420-0171. The fish are biting and we have been doing very well! I have a few open dates left this fall. I mainly concentrate on guiding for muskies and started my business guiding musky. In order to pay the bills and relieve musky stress I do guide multi species. This time of year i guide exclusively for musky. If you cant get a hold of me, Radloff or Alexander are very close friends of mine and excellent guides as well.

I have never met Brett Jolly but was really impressed when a friend told me that he called and canceled his Green Bay trip in mid August-ish this year. He said Brett told him there was nothing going on so they ended up rescheduling for mid September. I’d guess that other guides on the bay would have just taken his money knowing they couldn't deliver, but Brett did the right thing.
