Looking for the length of the butt section on a 9'3" Okuma EVx (Heavy model if that makes any difference).

I'm not sure how everyone else measures, but I would like to know the distance from the front of the trigger to the end of the butt. They have 16" on their website. Curious if you can add an inch or so that measurement to include the reel seat.

Just curious, is that the H or XH? I assume they're the same, but I wouldn't know. I'm looking to buy the H model.

17" Just measured mine.

It's EVX-C-931H-T 9'3" 50-100 lbs 2-10oz.

I LOVE this rod.

I'm sure this question numerous times before, but how does it work for Double Showgirls?

Perfect. You can throw them into the next time zone if you want. It has just the right amount of load in the 8. Nice and long for deep 8's. I have mine matched with a 7000c3i. Works great for regular size dawgs, too. (or the Super D's that I see advertisted above).

I got it at the start of last year and has been my "go to" rod all year.
