Sorting out the collection for the Chicago Swap and had to laugh. When I got to the regular dawgs, which I used to think were HUGE back in '03, I though, yeah I'll keep em', might want to throw them for smallies on the river ....... Couldn't help but laugh after that thought .....

Just some. I honestly could live with 10 lures, but I can't make myself part with the lot ......

Actually I caught more fish when I only owned 10 lures instead of 600. But then again I was 30 yearts younger and could cast from dawn till after dark and was a lot keener than I am today. Now I usually go out for a couple hours after supper to see if anything is moving or the odd weekend to some distant water. Seldom do I use more than a half dozen lures and could fish the rest of my days with 10 lures or at least 10 for stained water and another 6 for clear. As it is I own more lures than I could get wet in a lifetime without swamping the boat.

I learned early, still only use like 20 baits all year, but I can't seem to let go of the rest

I did the math and @ 15$ a piece... 1800$. Boy am I glad I went for the 5000$ coverage on my personal equipment on my insurance ......
