Personally and for my money - I'd go for a full transom saver support bar over a wedge. |

Location: 31 | I don't see how the wedge really does much for saving the transom because it does not remove any weight from the transom. For long or rough trips I always use a transom saver because it transfers the weight of the motor to the trailer. For short trips I do like to use that wedge for convenience though. |
