Location: Des Moines IA | The heavy snow this week caused a support pole to get pushed through my boat cover. Does anyone have any experiences with canvas cover companies in either Des Moines, or Cedar Rapids??? |

Location: Altoona IA | MuskyMike, Might check out Rick at Accessories Unlimited in Ames. He can build (or fix) practically anything you want out of numerous choices of materials. Does nice quality work at a decent price. He's located off 35 (north exit) behind the Harley shop. |

| There are 3 I have had work on my cover. Custom Boat Covers in Dunkerton 319-234-5416 built it, a nice snap on cover. He would probably do repairs also. I have had it for 9 years and had to have some seams done last year, but otherwise no problem. my boat sits outside all summer.
Clements Canvas in Cedar Rapids 319-363-0296 did some seam work on it. They would make a new one or repair yours. They were back logged last time I called them so that may be an issue.
Also . Becker Canvas in CR 319-364-1440. This guy works out of his garage so unless he is building one he could probably do a repair asap.
I would trust any of the 3 for a repair job. Good Luck.

Location: Minnesota: where it's tough to be a sportsfan! | The last canvas cover I did I had them put the vinyl tarp in sections all the way down the underside. Then when a section of canvas went bad I just replaced that section. I finally got 10-11 years out of a canvas tarp!! |
