Location: North Central IL USA | Ok people - check in time. Who had snow on the ground for christmas? Not a speck of it here in far northern Illinois. It was 43 degrees yesterday and heading to the upper 40's today |

Location: Land of the Musky | WE had a green Christmas here in Iowa. The grass froze solid. Saw a little snow a few weeks ago.
Was sad last week when my kids were sledding down the driveway rock pile on their sled... Not the best for a plastic sled but they had fun. |

| here in Minn I can honestly say this is the first time I ever saw motorcycles on the freeway on xmas day,
I know of one local guide who neede off season work so he signed up for snowplowing

Right. I bought my very first snow blower just after Thanksgiving so for sure no snow this winter! |

| Just got back from our annual Christmas ski trip to the UP. Very few runs were open but there was enough snow to make it a good trip anyway. A nice cabin with a huge fire place, plenty of cocktails, all day John Wayne movies on TV and then the Packers kicking the Bears around Lambeau was enough to say, " God bless us all everyone!" The only negative for me was a stop at R&H on the way back hoping for a peek at the new Tranx.....didn't have any yet, but expect them for the Chicago show. See you all then. Happy New Year! Marty |

Location: Oregon | Been in the 50's here in the State of Washington this week. Really warm out right now and virtually no rain or snow this fall/winter so far. I hope it starts raining soon, the fish need it.

Location: North Central IL USA | You know they were predicting above average snowfall for this winter. Not gonna happen.
2 reasons why:
1 - I bought a brand new snow blower.
2 - We already lost a month of winter. Now way will it catch up.
I just hope we get a couple good snows so i can try this machine out!

| Barely any in SE Pa so far. Had an inch or two around Halloween. Only a few light dustings since. Most of our major snows come in January and February though. Definitely warmer than years past. |
