I was in Cabela's yesterday and they had this reel on sale for $55.00.

Have any of you ever fished with this reel before? Just looking for some feedback.

I seen it on sale a couple years ago for 39 bucks. I hear they are not a quality reel.

I bought 3 of them. They were not well made and the thumb bar broke or internal cast metal parts broke on all of them. Sent them back...they sent 3 more which were equally bad. DO NOT BUY THIS REEL!!! They finally agreed to give me 3 Garcia C4 6500's in exchange. Save yourself much grief and frustration...don't buy them.
