I fish a lot in West Virgina, actually Middle Island Creek and it is a medium size creek, and I know that bulldawgs work in lakes and bigger bodies of water, but will bulldawgs work good in little creeks. What size and color would be good for this creek also? Thanks alot, it's just hard when you talk about great lures that work in lakes in Wisconsin and canada, but just wondering if you would use the same thing in little creeks in WV. thanks

How deep is the creek? You may want to get the shallow dawg which is 9" in size. The small dawg does not get too deep.

Yes, you can use dawgs on middle island creek. Just work them more like a jerkbait, and move them pretty fast, that way you don't get hung up.
