A rotisserie motor for a grill works good, and should be able to find one pretty inexpensively this time of year. Do a search for lure turners, almost as many different designs as there is guys building.

Yup,

Those photos are of the drying wheel I made this spring out of and old stereo cabinet and a couple of rotisserie motors. Let me know if you have any questions

Go to tacleunderground there are tutorials on how to build bait turners. They are inthe members submitted tutorials
