Subject: 1st WI Chapter of MI Seminar - "Fishing with Sucke


The First WI Chapter of Muskies Inc presents "Fishing with Suckers" at Gander Mountain - Eau Claire on Saturday, September 28th from 1-3 p.m. in the Gander Lodge.

Highlights of the seminar include:

- discussion about the current issues revolving around live bait use.
- discussion of the safe use of live bait through quick strike rigging.
- demonstrate the construction of both inline and lift off quick strike rigs
- basic bait rigging and it's variations.
- equipment used in live bait fishing.
- choosing and caring for bait.
- techniques incorporating live bait.
- dissection of a live bait caught situation.
- safe handling of catch.

The seminar will be presented by First WI members Jon Olstadt, Fred Johnson and Bob Neidhold.

Jon Olstadt is the Secretary for the First WI chapter and a member of MuskieFirst's pro staff.

Fred Johnson is the Treasurer for the First WI chapter and the owner of Fred's Tackle - maker of Tinseltails Spinners.

Bob Neidhold is a board member of the First WI chapter and a licensed guide specializing on Lake Wissota.

There will be a raffle of a Gander Mountain gift certificate and other prizes for those in attendence.

This seminar is free and open to everyone.
