Can the needle bearing in a 6600 C4 be replaced with a ball bearing?
how do i remove the old bearing and what is the replacement bearing?

that will show U how to change out the bearing and go to Mike's Reel Reair from Canada do get the bearing, ABU only sells the side plate with the bearing. U can go to ebay and find cheap side plates there that have the bearing in them also.
That bearing is called a one way bearing and ball bearings go both ways.

Changing the one way bearing is not especially easy ;), unless you have the right tools.
