| The Professional Muskie Angler Circuit™ (Pro-MAC™) Boom Lake/Sand & Dam Lake Chain two day major qualifying tournament this weekend, August 6th and 7th still has some openings. This is the third of six two day qualifying events for the 2011 Pro-MAC™ season that will have the top 50 point leaders invited to compete at the Invitational Championship and muskie fishing’s biggest guaranteed pay-out of $40,000.00 to the first place finishers with a purse of $55,000.00. Boom Lake and the Sand/Dam Lake Chain tournament is going to place a very important role in how teams will qualify for the Championship as a high number of muskies will be tallied for the event, giving many teams the necessary points to put them in the Championship.
If you are interested in fishing the Boom Lake/Sand & Dam Lake Chain Pro-MAC™ event, both lake groups are still open. You can sign up for the tourney on Friday night at the Cross Country Bar & Grill on HWY 17, just three miles north of Rhinelander, starting at 5:30pm until 7:30pm.
