A few people had been wondering how Vermilion has been doing. Here's a few pics of how its been doing. Both fish caught by my brother Jeremy in the last week on Vermilion. Not the only two, but two worth posting. Both safely released. He did catch the first one with me last Sunday, the other mid week this past week.

Congrats to Jeremy! His look of excitement always makes me smile. Tell him we'll be up there this coming Saturday. I'll be watching for his boat. Good luck out there and thanks for the pics.

Jerome and Steve - I'll let him know to look for some "spy boats" in the near future lol. I'm sure he'd be glad to talk to you both if you stop by or catch up to him on the lake. He might just run you around to the decoy spots though first till he can give you the slip!

He lost another one the other evening that straightened a new hook on a new bait in about 1-2 seconds and didn't move an inch. Not a rock or an anchor rope either. He said to me "scary Bri."

"Question" - no.

Thrax,
Awsome fish (both of them)!!
Congrats to Jeremy- Are you going to be up at the resort in the coming weeks?
I will have to track Jeremy down and congratulate him myself.
I saw him out a couple of times over the 4th.

Good Luck

Steve

Sorgy, he and I fished Sat night (lost 2), all day/evening Sunday together and for some hrs on Monday that weekend. If you saw him, he was in the Ranger with me most of the time (like going incognito for him!!). He is going great, not sure when I'll be up next, have a good time and drop by to say hi to him.

Thrax,
I saw him in his rig middle of the week from a distance a couple of times- One time he was in the abyss like my daughter and I pulling a few cranks and enjoying the sunset. I did not fish much durring the week. I am hoping to get back up soon and have more time to concentrate on fishing.

Good Luck

Steve

Brian, Is Jeremy still staying at your folk's place? BTW, I'd like to meet you too someday. You're just not the 'rockstar' that your brother is. Haha!

Jeremy is there yes. I have met you, at least quick one time. You gave Jeremy a bait to try I believe, think we met up over near The Wash. I catch nice fish of my own, but I have a fulltime+ job that keeps me off the lake a little more! I do have some work to catch up to 56.5 or overtake him for brother honors now though!
