Does anyone have a direct contact for St. Croix warranty questions? Not the number listed on their website. It's going on three weeks since they cashed my check for a warranty claim and I haven't heard anything or got the rod in the mail. I left a voicemail yesterday and didn't get a call back. I leave for a trip on Friday and would like to find out if the rod will be here. You can PM the number if you don't want to post it. Thanks.

Call the main number for the store during business hours. Then get connected to the service department and talk to Andy. He should be able to answer your questions or anybody else in there for that matter.
