just got the stowmaster (big one) with the new fine mesh. Really like it but man is that bag deep. My 7 and 9 year olds can stand up in it and they are even with the hoop!!!!! Anyone tried their new mesh net - are others thinking it is a little ridiculous? I am considering shortening it a bit??

I have the Stowmaster TY116 with the 36"x38" hoop & 48" deep bag. I love it. My buddy has the same net but it's an older version & the netting is thicker & doesn't go through the water as easy as the newer netting does. I use mine for both musky & sturgeon so I need the deeper bag.

Woah! I have the smaller Muskie Stowmaster and the bag is not deep enough. That depth is Awesome! Also, I couldn't imagine using any other net than Stowmaster. That thing folds up so nice and is really out of the way until it is needed. Thanks for adding to my ever growing list of "must have's" for muskie fishing.

I have the 36 x 38 frabill and can stand inside the net....I'm a little over 6 foot. Almost wonder if it was a mistake.
