I have a five year old power drive Minnekota trolling motor. This last weekend I noticed a continous clicking noise any time the unit was on. The noise was a constant even when the prop was turned off. It did not effect the performace of the trolling motor, but was more of a nuisance. Any ideas as to diagnosis or fix? Thanks WH

It's your sonar that's clicking. Try turning off your front graph and see if the noise goes away. I'll bet it does.

Same noise here but I knew it was the transducer. I have an external transducer mounted to my TM. Seems like it is doing so more often or louder than it used to. Anything to worry about?
