| I received an email today reguarding a post i had made under the "end of sucker fishing in WI" thread, about how to further educate people to properly use sucker rigs. Any thoughs were to be directed to Steve Worrall, I could not find an email address for him though. So I started this thread and I'm sure he'll get the info passed along. I'm not sure what would be involved with this, but I we could get some taxidermists to donate some time and mount some suckers, and then properly rig them with quickset rigs for display in bait shops, this would give uneducateed persons something learn from. A second thought is in not only getting manufactures/shop owners to stop providing single rig J hooks, but the quickset rigs which incorporate the use of a J hook for the lips. This may lead to the idea that the rig is still a swallow rig. Other than that printing of pahmlets on proper use and handleing(already done by Muskies 101) these are my ideas. Anyone else?? |

| Actually Duck she is a he...looks + sounds like Squidwerd! We have done all we can w/ him but he still refuses to return our love, so it is time for him to choose another career![:sun:]
