Hi Guys:

I have an HDS 7 that shows the water temp in my boat just fine.

Probablem is when I plug it into my buddy's boat, everything works great EXCEPT the temp.

It will not show water temp.

Trying to figure out what the deal is. Could he have a different transducer that doesn't read water temp?
