Under what conditions (overcast/sunny, clear/stained etc) are you using smoke or black blades on bucktails or spinnerbaits? Outside of a couple days per year, haven't musky fished as much as I used to years ago. Getting back into it and see lots of smoke/black blades on the market. Thanks, Tom

So no preference as to sunny vs overcast or low light conditions? I've usually gone nickle for clear water/sunny. Gold or copper for stained water/sunny. And orange/chart for overcast or dirty water. Of course there always seems to be exceptions to the rule. Interesting. Tom

There is no wrong condition for black.
