Location: Kingston, Ontario | Looking for some help to narrow down some tackle choices for season opener in French River.
Typically the water is fairly clear with good current throughout. What recommendations for tackle would you make for fishing these conditions? Not sure what the forage is up there but there are lots of perch, walleye, northern pike and bass for gamefish. Colour and lure type would be great. |

Location: Michigan | Generally the standard fare will do. Bucktails, surface, twitchbaits....any color pattern will do.
You can adjust your lure selection/presentation when your there and see what conditions your faced with (weather, water levels...).
Will you be fishing the Upper or Lower?
