Posts: 613 Location: Michigan | Anyone else want to see a 10" Wabull made?? Seems like every company is going towards bigger baits so I think a 10" wabull would be great. I love the baby wabull and regular wabull and would think a 10" would be amazing in the fall.

Posts: 1270 | Didn't they make a 10" a couple years ago as a show special? If I"m not mistaken I have one in my box somewhere.

Posts: 292 Location: SW MI | I have a Wabull and never really put the time in to figure out how to work it right. I know it's supposed to have a more up and down action so I'll have to try it more this year.

I know it's supposed to have a more up and down action so I'll have to try it more this year. It is more of a glider than a dive/rise jerkbait so you were probably working it correctly. It is one of the easiest baits to work as slight taps will get the bait moving side to side well. I really like it because even though it is a glider, it will go all over the place which will trigger strikes. Try to get used to the bait so you can have it going side-to-side, but then know the exact rod movement that will kick the bait up or down if a fish starts to follow as that will trigger a lot of strikes. It's a little weird to explain so hopefully that makes sense.

Posts: 2378 | Not sure what Suick has in mind, but I had briefly started working on it shortly before I handed over the reins. Really never got anything nailed down, but I think it would be pretty easy to do...

Posts: 1030 Location: APPLETON, WI | I may need to try one again. I bought one last year and sold it shortly after I bought it. It just seemed awkwardly weighted. Perhaps that's what gives it the erratic action it has... but it just seems most gliders/jerkbaits are proportionately weighted and better balanced. *shrug* Maybe I need to give it another try...
