| I would just like to thank the Twin Cities Chapter of Muskies Inc. for putting on a fabulous banquet last night. From beginning to end, it was first class. Most banquets that I have attended for other clubs have prizes that are either unwanted or outdated. Their prizes for silent auctions, raffles, or live auctions were phenominal (rods that were stock and custom, reels, electronics, shot guns, and numbers of other stuff). I would highly recommend that if you are a musky fisherman in the Twin Cities area, member of Muskies Inc. or not that you try and attend next years function. The best part of it all is that the money raised goes to a cause that a lot of us musky fishermen truly appreciate. Thanks again for a great job.

Location: MN | Brent, second your post. Seemed to be a good time had by all. We're not members but always try to attend to meet good people and talk muskies, and to support the cause. And we don't even hardly fish the metro much. These guys do a lot of good things. And thanks to the guides and manufacturers who donate product and trips - kudos to Josh Stevenson, Josh Borovsky, Chris Altorp (sp?), Paul Schlagel, Tony Grant, Gregg Thomas, and everyone else I'm forgetting who donated. And to the attendees who bought these trips at auction for in some cases more than it would normally cost. It goes for a good cause and they understand that. |
