I recently got some wire from MTO. I made up a few tonight but not 100% happy with the loop compared to some Bucher ones that I have. The loop is nice and round on those and mine look like crap..lol...What does everyone use to make the loop on their wire leaders?

Also what is the best way to get a leader the same length each time? I wanted to make some 5.5" for some small gliders I have and then some 10-11" for other stuff.

With a 7" & 9" Wades wobbler would you use a wire or fluro leader?

if you have a sears neer you go there and pick up a pair of round nose pliers.

Here is what I use. They are a bit pricey but because of the graduated nose, it is easy to get the same size loop every time.

Getting them the same length can be done by making one end, holding it up to a completed leader then making your loop at the same spot. Then cutting the wire off of the spool.

Use round pliers like have been suggesed, then search for "make wire loops" Youtube. there are a ton of videos that explain the tricks. Granted, most are jewelry making videos, but a wire loop is a wire loop. My wife makes jewelry, and she's the one who taught me!
