Boy, looks like a 10" Molly, Jointed DDD (that is sweet!), not sure about the jerk baits, then a baby wabull, Jtd Molly bait, and hell hound.

Udee2159 is the closest so far, wow, didn’t think anybody would get the Danny Bait so quick.  He’s got a molded version now that I’m surprised we haven’t heard more about.

Not to be too picky but the Baby Wabull is the plastic version that was called the “Fit” at the time.

Take a closer look at the nose on the bottom one; it had a different name before Hellhound

Jointed DDD’s and Molly’s are easy to make and work great.

Give Udee2159 the choice at the bait as I would have never gotten the Danny Bait. The rest I knew.

The RNG was deceiving as the top line tie looked like the hook from the jointed molly above it. Once you look closer you will see the hook is clearly too far away to be seeing that above the RNG. Giveaway besides the line tie on top is there are no fins on the back. Probably wouldn’t have seen that anyway being all black!

So let Udee2159 choose. I would have either taken the Danny Bait (since I don’t have one) or your chopper, but I plan to get a few of your choppers anyway.

Let me know if you want a home for the RNG!

Okay Udee, up to you then.  Actually I don’t recommend the DDD, that one is from before the reinforced lip wireform was added.  The Danny Bait is very very buoyant per his specs.  That one has glass rattles in it and is LOUD.  I’m not sure if he plans to make them with rattles or not.

Sorry Travis, That is one of only a few working Rip-N-Glides I have.  I hope he doesn’t pick it  lol. Too bad we could never get that thing repeatable enough for production.

Hey Cisco, you're too nice!

I knew that it was a Danny Bait, because I've been going to Frolander's Island Resort every year since '07. Dan Gibbins and his wife Sherry run the resort. He used to make a wood version called the "Musky Hogge" and now has the molded plastic one. I think both are great baits and I've caught a lot of muskies on Danny Baits while up there. As far as Dan Gibbins as a guide, he got me a 51" the first time out and multiple mid-forties. He knows the lake, that's for sure. At this point I think I own about 15 Danny Baits/Musky Hogges. I'll be up there this fall and plan to get a few more!

If the bait pick is on me I'd take the Danny Bait (I love them), but since Cisco got them all right, I figure that he should have the chance to fish with it. If he won't take it, then I will!

Thanks for a fun game!

I know Dan and Sherry too, they are great people.  I absolutely love Frolanders; it’s like heaven on earth.  I’m a partner in the resort, well actually more of a token 5% partner.  My uncle ownes the rest.  On the bank papers I’m listed as “dock boy” lol.  I haven’t been able to get up there in a few years and I miss it bad.  The Danny Bait is a great bait, I did the mold design work on that one.  I’m surprised the bait is not better known, maybe it will catch on.  I’ll send you guys a pm about the baits
