| I couldn't believe my eyes when I got back from fishing that Tuesday! Happy having caught a good deal of pike, I just felt awful for the rest of my holiday (still do by the way). My heart goes out to all those involved! Still can't believe it. I even got tears in my eyes when reading your posts on this site. I hope they get those responsible and the rest of that rat's nest as well! It won't end when Bin laden is dead, who knows how many of these terrorists are still out there? I hope yall get 'em good! |

| The rest of us still feel that way bud + will continue to do so for good.....told the wife the "boys" were in route the day it happened + BINGO---the hunt is on! Keep that feeling; it will make you more alert + hopefully remind the Gov't not to lax on us....at least maybe they will think twice before popping us again..... |

| Here comes President Bush to the White House on the Fox News Channel now...looks like stuff is striking the fan as I write this....wish I could type faster! BOOM BOOM out go the lights....no power....anti aircraft tracers light up the night sky but to no avail.....the planes are gone by the time they realize what happened.....moon is still down so the Taliban are dazed + confused.....no communications...Bush will be addressing the press soon.....correction....he will be addressing the nation....YES!!!!!!! Officially now it is on.....the U.S./British planes are wreaking havoc on Teliban positions.....may God protect our troops + let us pray for our leaders + that justice will be served....not out of revenge but out of self defense for what was wrought on us by those who have NO REGARD for human life......ADIOS! |

| Just heard a sonic boom that shook the house in the NW suburbs of Chicago. I don't feel all that free anymore considering I've lived here more then 30 years and have never seen military fighters much less a sonic boom in the area. Anyone know what they are scrambling fighters for? I imagine someone lost some windows somewhere closer to the action. |

| I heard it too. I thought it was a bomb. There was a mental on a plane that didn’t take their medication and rushed the cockpit. Passengers subdued him. The fighters that have been way up in the air since the 11th rushed down to escort the plane in the rest of way. |

| Had friends in town last week for my 30th birthday, and they wanted to see the ground zero. At first I was a bit irritated, as I feel it is not a specticle. However, after seeing the emotional response and hearing why they needed to see it, I felt pretty good. People are still being found each day, sometimes it is easy to forget....Have a great season this year guys...Ben |

| Lest we forget guys, it's sad that the country is also on a heightened state of alert for intenal terrorism on this date that celebrates the anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing, Waco,Texas compound destruction and I beleive the Columbine shootings were around this time also.
The whole country felt like it got it's guts ripped out on 9-11, but let's not forget that there are terrorists among us who have as wacked out views as their Islamic counterparts, and they could be living right next door.
Mc Veigh, David Corresh.....we're not safe as long as there are radical extremeists who have no regard for human life living here among us.
Don't forget that the land of the free and the home of the brave is also the land of the crazy and the home of the chicken$hit radical extemeist.
