The bigg slimm comes with a pointed #6 blade. I did a search on the Billy Finn bucktail and the specs of it match my lure.

I believe you're correct with the Billy Finn, I checked my old pile of bucktails, and Finn uses those saltwater hooks and beads. I'd say you're spot on!
