Actually Neanderthals were the same as us, + pretty much as or more intelligent! They unfortunately became diseased(ex. rickets) easily from vitamin deficiencies, which gave them an odd appearance + many physical deformities also. Lack of sunlight + cold temps. also played a part in this. Although rare, these traits can also be seen in peeps today, having been passed on through recessive genes. A rugged harsh lifestyle also contributed to their appearance.
The use of such "art" that you have introduced is a welcome addition to the board + perhaps some day you might give instruction pertaining to its use by others!
