| I have a Shimano Teramar Saltwater Rod that I had modified by thorne bros. It cam out at 8'4. It has the tc4 construction and was my big plastics rod last year. Throws blades and cranks good to. |

Location: Elk River, Minnesota | I have a custom built one I personally made on a rainshadow saltwater blank. Weighted the butt to balance the rod tip. tied with metallic red with silver accents on each end of the tie separated by a couple of wraps of black. If memory serves me correctly, it has black alconite eyes. Cork is a higher grade than what some custom rod builders use (they fill holes with cork and glue, then sand them down).
This would be for topwater, smaller cranks, and bucktails up to about a size 8 blade, and it has more of a medium action that has a bit more give in the rod for fighting fish.
I'd be looking for $90 for it, shipping would be extra, though...
