Location: Sw Pennsylvania		I enjoy recreational drinking of fine whiskey like makers mark and jack daniels. Keeps ya warm when things outside aren't so great.

Here in Buffalo, NY we make use of the snow by making snowmen carrying giant muskies:

Location: WI		Lots of cross country skiing this winter, and some snowshoeing. Read 6 books since Christmas.

Location: VA		In Virginia we chase fat chicks all winter. Paint lures and run over rocks in jet boats. I've found way too many rocks this winter.

What do you fish out of? I was there yesterday afternoon as well. We had 7-8 fish up with no takers, and watched a bass fisherman catch a 49"er and a striper guy catch a 46"er on a skipjack. The 49" was dragged up on the bank and laid in the grass so the guy could get out his camera for a photo. It was out of the water for at least 5-6 minutes. The guy was then surprised when the fish didn't swim right off.

Fishing muskies in the winter is great, but I'd trade it for fishing MN or WS all summer in a heartbeat. Of course, it was 56* today and went hiking with the wife and dogs, and that's pretty nice too.

Sounds like a lot of activity on Friday. I like that fish Mullheads got. I never tell those northern guys I'd rather fish up there all summer, though true, it goes to their heads, and ...have you seen the size heads they have already??


P.S. I'm waiting for some northern wussy to start a thread about how to deal with "snowshovelshoulder".

- organizing our chapter banquet to raise money for muskie projects here in MI
