I am trying to decide between a navionics chip and a lakemaster chip for my new hds 7 unit. I either want to get the navionics platinum or the lakemaster insite chip to get the 3D maps. I have seen that both companies have software that you can use your computer to pre-fish the lakes by looking them over and marking way points, then transfer them to my lowrance unit. I don't know anyone that has used them personally, and i'm not sure if they live up to what they say on their websites. Please let me know if anyone has used them and how well do they transfer from the computer to the chartplotters. thanks
