| Im sure this has been beat to death, but im looking for a new 9 footer.. I have narrowed my 2 choices to St. Croix Big Nasty or the Musky Mayhem Avaio. Im mainly throwin cowgirls of the type and a little bit of dawgs. The mayhem rod only comes with a 1 yr. warranty while the croix comes with a lifetime, so im leaning more towards the croix. Thanks for any imput |

| You could also look at Mike Hulbert's new rod. 9ft and the action you need to throw DCG and dawgs up to pounders. For $120 it's hard to go wrong. Great for figure 8's and bombing dawgs.
