Location: Ontario | Hey Guys,
It is difficult for me to find large live suckers where I live at this time of year. I know frozen bait works well for pike in the fall, any idea if frozen bait will work for musky? All the local fish markets sell frozen cisco, herring, etc. Anyone have some experience with this?
Thanks,
Matt |

| I don't know about frozen bait, but I have been pretty successful with dead suckers. |

Location: Mayville, WI | It's alright. Haven't tried it still fishing like you'd do for pike, but I did use some frozen stuff on a jig head. It looks good, but had trouble keeping it on the hook (tried smelt), especially during the cast. Thaw them out before you use it though.
