Can anyone give me some info on this lake. Potential? Numbers? Size? Landing? Etc.

There aren't many (if any) fish over 40". dark water, pretty lake.

Flambeauski is correct. Mineral Lake is a beautiful little spot. No development and very lightly fished. But not the best muskie lake for either size or numbers. It has a moderate density of small to medium fish. Most fish you will see or catch will be 28-34". You might run into a fish or two in the 36-38" range, but don't expect anything bigger than that. Water is stained...about as dark a stain as you could find.

Basically, if you are looking for trophy fish, look elsewhere. If you are looking for an action lake, Mineral isn't bad, but there are better options in the area (e.g. Day Lake). If you are just looking for some peace and tranquility in a beautiful wilderness setting, this is a good option.
