Hey guys, I was wondering how many fish you catch per season? Also maybe include how many days a week, month, or season you fish. Also clarify fish YOU catch and how many you see in your boat!

7-8 fish ayear for me
15-20 in my boat
average at least once a week but probably not 2

I catch 30-50 fish a year.

50-90 fish in my boat a year, 94 last year which was the most I've had in my boat.

I fish twice a week.

My time on the water this year is way down as I didn't fish for about 8 weeks due to the high water temps we had in southern Wisconsin this summer.

I'm looking forward to pounding the fish this fall.

I catch 15-25 fish per year and generally get about 40 per year total in my boat. I fish 160-220 hrs per year. This year I have 9 fish in 68 hrs on the water.

Same with Troy, I fished 3 hrs in July and 5 hrs in August due to hot water temps. It's been productive but hrs are WAY down.

I have fished this year more than any in the past. 22 days by my count, though zero hours in Illinois between May 2nd and now. I did head up to LOTW and southern Wisconsin. Now I've got 4 tournaments in the next two months. It would be nice to get to 40 fish for the year. I've got approx. 26 so far, with maybe 50 in the boat total.

I'd say at least 200. (We are including the video game Muskies, aren't we? You know...the Easy Muskies.)

PS: Steve, where do you come up with the words for the non-signed in postings? (mobefous Tateisi????)

I fish anywhere from about 10 days a year in my worst years (like this year) up to about 50 days during a good year. My running average for the year is one fish caught for every 10.3 hours of angling, with an average size of 39". Not my best year, but not the worst, either.

I've got about 70 hours on the water so far this year and have 7 fish total from 40 inches up to 48.5 inches.

I'm actually having one of my best years numbers wise without as many hours as I usually spend on the water.

No complaints for me this season!!!

I've only been fishing for muskies for 3 years and boated 3 fish. Top was 38". Granted, I only get to fish for them one week a summer and then a few random days here or there if I'm lucky because I don't have a boat and can't convince my co-worker with a boat to forget walleyes and come to the dark side. I love fishing with him, but it's tough to catch muskies in lakes that don't have any.

As soon as I retire from playing rugby and get a boat, that will change drastically.

This year I was on the water about 20 times. I caught 8 with the biggest being a 47" x 23". There were 7 other fish boated in my boat with the biggest of those being another 47 incher (didn't get the girth, but probably about 24).
13 fish in Tennessee
2 fish in Missouri

Hooked up and lost about 10 fish.

24 in the boat, 17 are mine. I have 215 hours in so far this season. I usually fish 10-20 hours a week. Lots of rain and wind this year has kept me off the water.

Nine this year for me. I have fished 2 days at Pewaukee, 6 days in N Wis, and I have no idea how many days/hours at the fox river, but I usually stop at the river a few times a week, and about an hour or two per outing.

Pewaukee, 12 hours, 2 fish
N Wis, 55+ hours, 4 fish (lost several)
Fox river, ???? hours, 3 fish (2 lost)

Hours per fish is high due to lost fish and fishing low density waters.

I've been on a roll ever since I got back from Vermillion in early August. While that trip was a total bust, we've had one to four fish in the net every time out since with a 44 inch average. At this rate we could reach over 30 in the boat and I should be able to get to 20 fish by the end of the year. Now, if I could just get out more than once a week, those numbers would be much higher...

last 4 or 5 seasons averaging about 120-130 in the boat..best year at 168, 75-80 on avg for myself... average a fish in the net regardless of solo or having a partner about every 4 hrs on the water....usually putting the boat in 15-20 lakes per season... this season started out poorly for fish per hour but has improved

I have 32 so far this year not sure how many in the boat I am sure I could double that number. My best year was 07 with 61 fish and well over 100 in the boat, could have had alot more but hurt my back on halloween and was done fishing untill the following february. I am a weekend fisherman and I miss alot of weekend too with visitation and other family stuff. I am on track to have my second best year(43) and if I am lucky beat 61 fish.

Success for me is very weather depepndant. I can also just catch 20 fish a year because I can't get out and fish due to hot water and poor weather. Hot summers and poor weather patterns can greatly hurt your success rates.

Previous years was 4-5. Had 13 boated by 7/4 this year, but Murphy's law has taken over since and very little time has been spent on the water since. This was the first week since that I've actually spent some quality time out on the water, but I'm stilling looking for #14.

slow year for me as well. the last four years average has been 25-30 fish this year so far only at 11, but haven't fished as mush and there is still a lot of the best fishing of the year ahead of us. it's getting to be sucker time..

7 so far this year in about 10 full days on the water. This is probably the least I've fished in 10 years, but still happy with a fish almost every time out.
