Will be on Lake Vermillion from 9/11 thru 9/18. Never been there before so would like a guide for a couple of days to learn the layout, I know it's kind of short notice....any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Lots of options, Hamernick,Ronnestrand,Snyder,Borovsky,Pollock, Ace, etc.
with such a short notice I bet most would be booked but ya never know, look them up and give them a call.

Dave Swenson is also a Vermilion muskie guide and might have an opening.

Steve at Spring Bay if you are looking to fish the west side of the lake.

Tom is supposedly taking this year off from guiding, though I've seen him on his island a couple times. Hopefully he's at least fishing for himself

We are staying at Spring Bay....we talked to Steve and have Dave Swenson for a couple of afternoons so with that and everything I have heard about the lake from friends who have fished it, plus the chip, we should be fine....thanks for your help.
