time of year where the water temps are a good thing to know

getting HOT on the city lakes,,we had 82 on sat
buddy was on Owasso he had 83
even deep cool Elmo was at 79

80 on tonka last weekend (evening surface temps), water clarity relatively low, fishing pressure seems to have dropped some but that's not saying much... it's still getting pounded.
