Had the blanks sitting in the garage for a couple years and decided it was time to try and make my first hardbait. I used some cheap $.97 spray paint from Walmart.

Thanks guys. I just tried a second one and I didn't get so lucky....those cheap(maybe all?) spraypaints have a very inconsistent spray....or maybe it's user error. However I got a chance to check this one out in my sister's pool this morning and it's got a nice walk to it. It may go into my rotation this summer on Cass Lake.

My third attempt with rattle cans. I used a little bigger blank.
