| Why do the videos when uploaded on your site lose quality? Should I be using a different format? A YouTube clip embedded is much more true and clear. |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Try contacting me directly, and I'll help you with the settings you need to use. We use H264 server side encoding, and will soon have HD 16:9 available. Any video here should be much clearer than You Tube if it's produced correctly. Are you using a PC or a Mac, and what are your export settings?

| We have completely changed our encoding system but the new system is still only deployed internally - look at any recent AIM videos for samples. The quality is very good, and encodes HD if you upload HD as well as an iPhone/pad version. It will go into production for all users soon. |
