| Well, I managed to chew up my brand new prop on Kabetogama this weekend.
Was fine all weekend and then hit a rock loading the boat on the trailer. Go figure.
Anyways, I have used Mark's Prop Shop in Forest Lake in the past, but called the number and it's disconnected.
Is he still in business or can you guys recommend another repair shop?
I heard there is one in Hudson too?
Thanks - Midge

Location: On the X that marks the mucky spot | Whatever you do just don't use Formula Propeller. That guy has hosed up plenty of mine and other friends props. I've heard some good things about the Prop Doctor in EP, but don't have any first hand experience.

| Make sure to check the prop shaft too. If it's a stainless prop, you may have a lot more damage than originally thought. Little rocks can cause big damage which may not be apparent initially, but you'll pay in the end. |

Location: NW WI | Another option would be Northern Propeller in Schofield (Wausau). They do a great job on props at reasonable prices. They also have new (last time I stopped in) and rebuilt props. 715.359.5264 is their number. |

I used Propulsion Associates in Hudson, Wisconsin. They also have a place up in St. Cloud as well. I was very happy with their work and the turn around time was 2 days for mine (had a steel prop balanced and it had to be sent to St. Cloud to get it done)
