I have this Phantom, and when I used it yesterday, it wasnt working the way it was supposed to... It kept on going to its left over and over... and when it finally goes right, its just a subtle right turn... My partner tried using the same Phantom with the same result, then he put on one of his phantom and I saw how it was supposed to work... My Phantom doesnt even come close to his Phantom...

Is there any way I can tune the Phantom to work properly??? or is it actually a "Lemon Phantom"??? Its my first and only Phantom... I love the color on it and I hope I can get it to work right somehow...

Any advices would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks!!!

Is the metal eye where you hook your leader perfectly horizontal

Make sure the wire that holds the tail is strait, if its not the bait will tend to run to one side like you have described.

The tail is important on any bait that has a rubber tail, it is a big rudder.

It could be the bigger tail that you replaced for the stock, I don't know if it would change anything weigh-wise? Hopefully you get it figured out!
