Hey guys,

I am swapping out a new prop on my Honda 50 hp 4-stroke. The owners manual does not say anything about torque for the prop nut. It doesn't say 'leave a little slack', it doesn't say 'leave no slack', and it doesn't say 'torque to x ft-lbs' - Basically I just have no clue whether it should be just snug - slightly loose - or torqued to a spec.

Any help appreciated.

ETA: Like to owners man pdf - you can see what it says on page 74

Just snug, so cotter-pin hole aligns. I can take my nut off without a wrench.
