| Hi guys,
I have an 8 year old son that is getting into musky fishing and I was looking for a good numbers lake to take him to. I have heard some good things about Pigeon Lake as a numbers lake and it isn't that bad of a drive from Ohio and I would like to go up there this summer. If anyone has some suggestions on Pigeon please advise on the following:
1) Where would you stay on Pigeon? Would you stay at another of the Kiwartha lakes?
2) Any special baits you would throw?
3) Does anyone know of a good guide?
4) Where would you fish on Pigeon?
5) What time of year would you go? (I need to go during summer break so it has to be in June, July or August)
Any ideas/PM's would be appreciated.

| Apparently no one has much information on this lake but could you guys give me some thoughts on moon phase. I could go the week of August 9th during the week of New Moon or the week of Aug. 23rd when there is a full moon?
