Location: Iowa | Does anybody have a terrova without autopilot? I have one with autopilot and I just got an ipilot for it. I thought about trying to sell the autopilot. Just wondering if guys who have a terrova without autopilot still have the autopilot button on there foot pedal? I have never seen a terrova without it, I figure it would be a little easier to sell it if the foot pedals were the same for both models.
Any input would be nice.

Location: Appleton, WI | Foot pedals are the same for the AP and non-AP Terrovas. The AP system is totally separate from the pedal. I tell people that AP on the pedal stands for absolutely pointless so they aren't confused when the red light doesn't go on. You can sell the autopilot separately, anyone with Terrova can put it on in a few minutes. |

| Why would you remove the AP? AP is got to be one of the handiest electronics inventions since GPS. Its not a MUST have, but after fishing with an AP on my last two boats, I would not buy a TM w/o one. |

Location: Iowa | OK. I figured it was an easy install on non ap terrovas - the ipilot was a piece of cake to put on. I was just worry about telling a guy sure it'll work on any terrova and the foot pedal not having the autopilot tab on the foot pedal. Thanks for the info.
And muskie-addict try reading my post again. I may have took my auto pilot off but I replaced with ipilot. I totally agree with you auto pilot is pretty nice and a must have.
Thanks, Jeremy

Location: WI | jwelch, how much are you looking to get for the autopilot? I have a Terrova without it and it does have the button and indicator light on the foot pedal. |
