| Currently may be considering a used boat with a suzuki 4S outboard. It's a 150 or 175, can't remember exactly. I know very little about suzuki and am wondering if anyone can comment on them...? the good and bad.. |

Location: Pelican Lake/Three Lakes Chain | I've run Suzis for about the last seven years. Very nice motors. Incredibly quiet, very reliable. The only downfall is that they aren't quite as fast as some of the two strokers. |

| I have a 2008 175 Suzi 4 stroke ... it has been flawless since I bought it..I believe i have about 250-275 hrs on it now...I've changed the oil 3 x and it hasn't skipped a beat...very quiet..sips fuel when I run it at about 3800 rpm and has plenty of top end....
actually it keeps getting stronger it seems...
If i had re-power I would pick another Suzuki |

Location: Ft. Wayne Indiana | I am another very happy Suzuki owner, I have owned both the older 2 stroke models and have ran a few 175's and now have a 225. Amazing motors, crazy quite, great on fuel and fast enough for me. You won't be disappointed with a Suzuki, strong and reliable. |

Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | Though they are "somewhat" bullet proof, my experience is that when they have had issues, you might have trouble finding a Suzi mechanic near you. I'd check on this point prior to making the purchase. |

Location: Des Moines IA | Love my Suzi 4 stroke. Just make sure you have an authorized service center close to you. They are few and far between compared to Merc service centers. |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | The reason is there are not as many Suzi dealers as there are Merc , Yammy, and Bombardier. Suzuii is way more popular in the salt water, where Yamaha currently rules the roost. |
