The top one looks like some sort of Smity diver, and the bottom is a hi fin creeper.

I think the top one is a Len Hartman muskie bug, made by Smitty. The originals Len muskie bug were signed like yours and numbered.
And yes the bottom is a Hi-Finn Creeper.
