| My wife Katie caught her first Muskie, a fat 52.5 incher ! We were fishing Lake Vermilion ,she picked the spot, stold my creppin tom, used my heavy abu 7000 reel, [katies a grandmother] and fought the monster like a pro. The fish was so heavy it bent the beckman muskie net! To prove it was no flook she caught a fat 45" latter in the day .Please let her know how rare it is to get a 50 incher. ps both fish are still swimming today!
Thanks the Boomer |

| Hey Boomer!!
Get a picture to me at [email protected]. Sounds like a cover shot to me!!
What a day. Many muskie fishermen travel the continent trying to come close to what she accomplished and never get close...WOW!! |

| Steve nailed that one down, I happen to be one of those traveling the continent, lol. |

| Boomer, tell the "better half" great job and remind her that it only gets tougher from now on. I have caught litterally hundreds of Muskies and do not have one that large yet. I will keep trying however. Mrs. Boomer, great job of catching that big one. Hope that you get many more like it. |

| Indeed, Steve definitely nailed that one down. I too happen to be one of those adicted souls traveling the continent, lol. But I wouldn't have it any other way!
