I have caught muskies on them, nice baits, some dive and rise and some side to side too. They get deeper than a sledge and do not rise as fast. Great fall bait and i have the black one which works well for me in stained water, at dark and at dark in the late fall.

Great action. can work fast or slow, i like the fact that it has a very slow rise to it, so you can jerk and pause real nice. I will have them at my booth at the Milwaukee show this weekend.

Tim,
You work it muck like a suick or a bobbie bait, pull and pause. A longer pull gets it deeper and you get a subtle walk the dog action too. A shorter/quicker pull and pause it works shallower and is more of a chop type action.
Works great for cold front conditions when you want to slow down and get deeper.

Tim,
I recommend a steel leader (140# is OK) to be used with it.
I also prefer to go with out any snap and use a split ring instead.
Flouro will work....... but I like steel for my jerk baits.
Good luck on the river.
Send pics of the fish you catch too!
