How does it compare in actual size, compared to something like a Garcia 6500 or something along those lines?

I have a 40Ha, and I would say it is consideranbly larger than a Abu 7000. I have large hands though, so it really doesn't bother me casting. And for Double 10"s I hold the rod's foregrip instead of the reel anyway.
