It's that time of the year to start planning for this years Muskie season. Last year after the Trisox Muskie show in Chicago I attended my first CCMI Musky School and boy was I glad I did! I found the quality and quantity of topics to be great as well at the instructors. I got a great overview of the latest electronic technology and its operation by Kevin Wegner. I wanted to know more about trolling and got some excellent information on both power and rowing trolling from Kevin Witt and Jim Olson. And I'm looking forward to hearing from Adam Oberfoell again at this year’s event! Take a look at this years schedule and see what appeals to you. I'm sure you will find quality sessions whether you're and seasoned or rookie muskie angler. Oh I forgot to mention the lunch was included and tasty.:)

Wow !

I'd like to get in on this, and for the price it sounds really tempting.... You guys may see the Silver Fox at this one.

Jerome, this one is a blast. The CCMI club really knows how to put together a school, and as it's been said...the lunch is stellar!

Can the organizers record the classes and sell the dvd? I bet it would make a profit. I will buy one.

We talked about that but getting enough video equipment and cameramen to record all sessions would be hard to do. We though that a HS AV dept would accept doing it, but all those inquiries were for naught.

We will have handout material by the presenters available to those that attend that can be taken home and reviewed as often as they wish.

Very cool muskie school. I have been part of this for years and it's well worth going. The food is great, plenty to learn from all these classes.

The biggest problem you will have is figuring out what classes to sign up for. Lots of them to choose from but you can't be in two rooms at once so you have to make some choices.

The price is cheap in my opinion for all you can get out of this school.

I got to say that its folks like Mike Koepp and Steve Worrall that help us out that really makes this school such a top notch event. While our primary goal is giving back from learning from those who had the knowledge before us, its also a great way to spend a winter's day. Thanks guys.
